Refund policy
Due to the nature of our products, purchased assets and vectors are not eligable for return.
However, if you have made an order in error, you can cancel an order provided the file has not been downloaded, each time an order is fullfilled a link is provided for download, we can see who and when the file was downloaded through this link. if you wish to cancel an order and the file sent hasn't been confirmed as downloaded we can cancel and refund.
To cancel an order please email stating the order number and request for cancellation to

Exchanges
you can request another template or file if it has the same price as the one already purchased, following the above policy we can offer an exchange.
